Repair Request

We stand by our products and aim to provide high-quality handmade bags and accessories. We are more than willing to fix and repair any issues with your handbag as long as we find proof of purchase. 

  • Please contact us here with your order number and the name or email address used to place the order. We will email you a worksheet that will need to be shipped with your bag.

If the bag cannot be repaired, we will replace the bag upon approval. Due to style updates and hardware changes, we will discuss with the customer before replacing/ changing their bag.
