Repair Request

If there is a part or piece of your bag that needs to be repaired we are happy to see what we can do to fix it for you!

  • Please contact us here to inform them that you are requesting a Repair and we will email you a worksheet that will need to be shipped with your bag.

Customer is responsible for all freight charges.

If bag cannot be repaired, we will replace the bag upon approval. Due to style updates and hardware changes we will discuss with the customer before replacing/ changing their bag.

    My Daughter Mary T Pasetti bought one of your bags in November or so. Saturday the snap for the handle strap broke. How does she get it replaced/repaired. Her email is Mary@pasetti.us. 8137273387 her cell
